To further this mission, Symbiosis introduces the Pre-Primary Teacher Education Program, designed to meet the growing demand for early childhood education. This program equips educators with the skills to foster healthy mindsets and adapt to India's evolving academic landscape, promoting compassionate and holistic teaching practices, especially in the important foundational years.

A child's future is shaped by quality education and knowledge, which form the foundation for their growth. Teachers, who play a mother-like role, must understand a child's physical, emotional, and cognitive needs. This awareness can only be developed through proper training. At the preschool level, educators need to be sensitive, turning every experience into a learning opportunity.
